Role: Payroll Specialist
Job description:
The client is a Full-Service Accounting Firm and services to the client for Payroll, Bookkeeping, Taxes, and Accounting.
We are looking for a knowledgeable Payroll Specialist to process and manage multiple small company’s payrolls. You will be the one to calculate wages based on hours worked and administer payments. A payroll specialist is able to use payroll software with accuracy and efficiency. They must be good with numbers and can be trusted with sensitive information. They have great communication skills to interact with colleagues and executives. The goal is to ensure personnel receive the correct compensation in a timely manner.
Payroll specialist must do the following:
1. Run the payroll every day for our clients.
2. Deposit the payroll taxes as needed.
3. Need to know 941/940/ Qtrly Taxes and Local Taxes Form-Act 32
4. Can handle multiple clients and work under pressure.
5. Familiar with QuickBooks is Must.
6. Need to understand Direct deposit pay and manual paycheck too.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
